 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are currently looking to hire a Female SPA Therapist, who will perform body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Additional Hammam skills will be considered an advantage.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Carry out all SPA treatments to the required standard and as per the daily schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times, adhering to the established Grooming Standards Policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report to shift on time. Aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notify the Supervisor in adequate time and according to policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be fully familiar with Hotel Fire and Emergency Procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms and facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Aware of all treatments and products on offer and any current promotions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve sales and guest service targets as set by the Spa Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer guests full after care advice and the chance to purchase any products recommended within their treatment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in other related areas as required particularly scheduling and reception / greeting of guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet guests warmly and use their name during treatment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to training as set out by the Spa Management and using the guidance of senior spa therapists. Also attends new or update training as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use the correct quantities and mix of product within treatments and to ensure as far as possible the security of products within treatment rooms and sales areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fully aware of all health and safety issues relating to the department and to report anything which may present a danger to guests or staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Always be punctual and prepared in advance for all treatments and to avoid treatments running late at all costs and wherever possible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that client confidentiality is maintained at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible with regard to hours worked and be prepared to adjust these to meet demands of the business
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.

 </ul>
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Certified for massage and beauty treatments.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communications skills and command of the English are essential; knowledge of local language is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail, ability to multi task and prioritize.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest&rsquo;s preferences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional Hammam skills will be considered an advantage

Outlet Cashier 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Outlet Cashier with Finance Background to join our team. As an Outlet Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless dining experience by managing all types of transactions and providing excellent service.

What you will be doing:<ul><li>
Accurately process guest payments (cash, credit card, room charges, and vouchers)</li><li>
Ensure correct posting of revenues to the relevant outlets and accounts</li><li>
Perform daily cash handling, float control, and end-of-shift reconciliation</li><li>
Prepare daily sales reports and submit cash deposits in line with finance procedures</li><li>
Coordinate closely with the Finance team on audits, discrepancies, and reporting</li><li>
Maintain strict compliance with internal controls and SOPs</li><li>
Support outlet operations during peak periods when required</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Your experience and skills include:<ul><li>
Minimum 2 years' of relevant experience</li><li>
Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.</li><li>
Be committed to exceeding guest expectations</li></ul>
