Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Vice President, Technical Product Manager to connect technology with the digital team&rsquo;s needs related to digital marketing and analytics tools. This role focuses on supporting digital marketing platforms, analytics and tracking tools while collaborating with multiple teams to centralize data for reporting. The position will empower the digital team to aggregate, analyze, and leverage data to generate actionable insights.
Reporting to the SVP, Technology, the ideal candidate will have deep expertise in product management, digital analytics and website management, SEO/GEO/SCO/SEM best practices, a technical business analyst background, experience working with data architecture and engineering teams, and strong communication skills to align technical solutions with business goals. The candidate will lead a team of direct reports comprising of a Product Manager, development team, and vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:<ul><li>
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.</li><li>

System Administration: Provide day-to-day administration of digital tools including GA4, BigQuery, Lead Forensics, Sprout Social, etc. including user management, financial management, and adhering to security and governance best practices.</li><li>
Support Management: Manage the support process, troubleshoot issues, write knowledge articles, track key metrics, and resolve technical issues.</li><li>
Testing: Write test scripts, participate in QA and run UAT to ensure changes are tested and do not negatively impact the target systems, end users, downstream applications, reports and dashboards, etc.</li><li>
Documentation: Create and maintain thorough system and business process documentation, including current and future state architecture diagrams, user journeys, source data tables, product briefings for enhancements and system changes, root cause analysis for issues, etc.</li><li>
Tool Standardization: Utilize enterprise tools including Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart, ServiceNow, etc. for task tracking, maintaining documentation, incident and release management.</li></ul>
Data Ingestion and Analytics
