QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar F&amp;B service role (1&ndash;2 years preferred).</li><li>
Experience in a hotel, caf&eacute;, or specialty coffee environment is an advantage.</li></ul>
Technical Skills<ul><li>
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and barista techniques.</li><li>
Ability to operate and maintain professional coffee equipment.</li><li>
Basic POS and cash-handling skills.</li></ul>

Excellent communication and guest service skills.</li><li>
Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for quality beverages.</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
