We are seeking a highly experienced HR Director with a strong background in construction and real estate to lead the Human Resources function across all business units. The ideal candidate has 15&ndash;20 years of progressive experience, a university degree, and deep expertise in organization design, job grading systems, talent development, and HR transformation.&#11835;Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities1. HR Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company&rsquo;s construction and real estate business goals.</li><li>Lead HR transformation and implement best practices in workforce planning, talent management, and performance culture.</li><li>Advise the CEO and executive team on organizational structure, manpower planning, and change management.</li></ul>2. Organization Structure &amp; Job Grading<ul><li>Design, maintain, and update job grading systems, including job evaluation, leveling, and role classification.</li><li>Develop clear organization charts for corporate, construction, and real estate divisions.</li><li>Ensure job descriptions, KPIs, and competencies are aligned with business needs.</li></ul>3. Talent Acquisition &amp; Workforce Planning<ul><li>Lead recruitment strategies for senior-level construction, engineering, and real estate positions.</li><li>Build long-term manpower plans for projects, departments, and new business units.</li><li>Manage onboarding programs tailored for technical and project-based staff.</li></ul>4. Performance Management &amp; KPIs<ul><li>Implement a robust performance management system for corporate, project, and site-level employees.</li><li>Establish KPIs for all roles, including project controls, construction, cost, procurement, sales, FM, and real estate teams.</li><li>Ensure annual performance appraisals are executed professionally.</li></ul>5. Learning, Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Develop and lead corporate training plans, technical training, leadership programs, and career development paths.</li><li>Identify capability gaps and introduce training to improve site productivity, project management, and supervisory skills.</li><li>Implement succession planning for key positions.</li></ul>6. HR Policies &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Develop and update all HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Lead investigations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.</li></ul>7. Compensation, Benefits &amp; Payroll<ul><li>Design competitive compensation structures for office, site, and project employees.</li><li>Oversee payroll accuracy, allowances, overtime frameworks, and project-based compensation.</li><li>Benchmark salaries for construction and real estate industries.</li></ul>8. Employee Relations &amp; Culture<ul><li>Build a strong corporate culture focused on performance, accountability, and teamwork.</li><li>Manage employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships between site teams, head office, and management.</li></ul>9. HR Systems &amp; Digitalization<ul><li>Lead implementation of HRMS / ERP HR modules.</li><li>Ensure employee data, timesheets, attendance, and performance are fully digitized.</li><li>Support transformation into a modern, data-driven HR department.</li></ul>&#11835;Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s Preferred).</li><li>15&ndash;20 years HR experience, with at least 10 years in construction &amp; real estate in Qatar</li><li>Strong experience in job grading systems, job evaluation, and competency models.</li><li>Proven experience managing HR for multi-project construction or real estate companies.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.</li><li>Experience with HRMS / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, &amp; success factors ).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
