Role:

The Services Business Development, Security Solutions Director, is an active team member who will drive further growth of Mastercard Security Solutions business in Turkey and Azerbaijan; creating strong partnerships with existing and new customers and focusing on achieving revenue targets and fostering regional expansion.
<br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Expand the Security Solutions business across Turkey and Azerbaijan cluster</li><li>Manage substantial product lines with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.</li><li>Analyze the competitive landscape, market segments, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Develop in-depth knowledge of Mastercard&rsquo;s Security Solutions products and Services to create customized and relevant solutions for clients solving for their needs</li><li>Own the sales process from prospecting to contract execution, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring continuous engagement with clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aligning efforts with Mastercard&rsquo;s Services and Core teams.</li><li>Partner with Security Solutions Product Managers to address clients and markets needs effectively
</li><li>Create persuasive narratives and communicate the benefits of Security Solutions with/without other Mastercard products and platforms.</li></ul>
All About You:<br>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of the payments market, trends, and opportunities, with an experience in payments security is required.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering solutions-oriented results, engaging with large customers and regulators</li><li>Proven success in building and monetizing client relationships, delivering sales and revenue growth</li><li>Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to influence and motivate others to achieve objectives. Experience managing alignment with complex cross-functional teams</li><li>Growth mindset, comfortable navigating in rapidly changing environments. Acts with a sense of urgency
</li><li>Experience working in an international and matrix environment is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong written, presentation and verbal communications skills.</li><li>Role is based out of Istanbul. Travel across Azerbaijan markets is required</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is a plus.</li></ul><br>
