We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and expand our market presence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to increase international and domestic sales</li><li>Identify and onboard new clients in wholesale, retail, and distribution sectors</li><li>Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners</li><li>Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity</li><li>Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality delivery</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets</li><li>Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings</li><li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fresh produce or FMCG</li><li>Strong network of clients in wholesale and distribution (locally and/or internationally)</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills</li><li>Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation is an advantage</li><li>Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
