   Maintain and improve the efficiency of reservation centers, to ensure that information in reservation system&rsquo;s database is updated. Coordinate such insertions to be realized correctly with the Reservations Manager.

   Through various tools (e.g. media, social events, gatherings with competition etc.), explore economical data, new developments in certain companies&rsquo; structures, new assignments, industrial complexes, new business centers, new projects which all could be of interest and benefit of the hotel and distribute this information to relevant staff.

   Keep close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, structural alterations, renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, marketing efforts, theme events etc.). Also explore and compare corporate traffic amongst the competition.

   Propose ideas for promotional materials to be distributed during sales calls, international trade shows and for other promotional activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise (and handle when necessary) the group and individual reservation requests. Follow-up the progress of the booked business.

   Set up the corporate rates for local/international companies / travel trade accounts as well as other commercial accounts.

   Collaborate with all local and overseas customers, make personal calls to accounts and trace potential customers.

 Functions as the leader of ultra- luxury resort sales department for properties with bookings over 250 rooms and significant local catering revenue. Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts. Provides day to day leadership to sales associates to achieve property sales objectives with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and property revenues. Implements the brand&rsquo;s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the hotel&rsquo;s&rsquo; sales objectives. Evaluates the property&rsquo;s participation in the various sales channels (e.g., Area Sales, Group Sales within the Sales Office, electronic lead channels, etc.) and develops strong working relationships to proactively position and market the property. Manages the marketing budget to enable development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives. Interfaces with regional marketing communications for regional and national promotions pull through. Develops and implements property&ndash;wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand&rsquo;s target customer profile and property associates and provides a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.
