The Portfolio &amp; Marketing Intelligence Manager drives the analytical and governance backbone of portfolio and marketing decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Own the marketing investment performance tracking approach (A&amp;P allocation, working vs. non-working, touchpoint efficiency, and campaign impact readouts).</li><li>
Partner with brand, media, and agency teams to evaluate media performance and diagnose drivers of efficiency (reach, frequency, quality, timing, creative rotation, etc.).</li><li>
Establish standard post-campaign evaluation routines and ensure learnings are captured and reused (test-and-learn agenda, learning library).</li></ul>
4) Cross-Functional Planning &amp; Integration<ul><li>
Act as the day-to-day integrator across Marketing, Sales, RGM, Finance, and Supply Chain to align assumptions, phasing, constraints, and actions.</li></ul>

Standardize templates and reporting logic to improve consistency and speed of decision-making.</li><li>

We are seeking Assistant - Seniors to join our Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) team in Istanbul and to work in the Customer Office located in &Uuml;mraniye, with the following qualifications: 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Connecting the outsourced accounting data entry team with the local accounting and shared service center teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.</li><li>
Providing ongoing support to the client&rsquo;s local accounting team during the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.</li><li>
Assisting the local accounting team in preparing monthly and annual declaration data (VAT-1, VAT-2, Withholding, Stamp, GEKAP, Provisional Tax, and Corporate Tax) to ensure compliance with tax regulations.</li><li>
Conducting a thorough reconciliation of all bank accounts to ensure financial integrity and accuracy (SAP system).</li><li>
Reviewing broker fee entries.</li><li>
Reviewing POs (invoices with PO numbers and open invoices), contacting relevant persons, and correcting any errors.</li><li>
Ensuring that E-Invoice (Purchase) distributions are made completely.</li><li>
Entering customs duty payment requests from the Supply Chain team in the bank system.</li><li>
Reconciling with PO owners and uploading the file to the system so that PO provisions can be received correctly.</li><li>
Checking commission invoices on an invoice-by-invoice basis to ensure that they align with the file prepared by Commex.</li><li>
Checking weekly payment lists and confirming payments with the relevant parties.</li><li>
Making vendor reconciliations when necessary.</li><li>
Supporting other US GAAP and Local GAAP transactions when necessary.</li><li>
Performing and reviewing daily accounting transactions of clients.</li><li>
Performing month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing activities.</li><li>
Maintaining reconciliations with related and third parties.</li><li>
Preparing tax returns and other compliance requirements.</li><li>
Preparing payrolls for clients&rsquo; employees.</li><li>
Coordinating and communicating with shared service centers and clients&rsquo; tax teams resident abroad.</li><li>
Coordinating and communicating with clients&rsquo; tax offices.</li><li>
Following legislative changes and implementing when applicable.</li><li>
Coordinating with other sub-service lines of EY Tax team.</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
University degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.</li><li>
Knowledge of Uniform Chart of Accounts and 2&ndash;7 years of experience in general accounting.</li><li>
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; experienced in reporting.</li><li>
Fluency in both written and spoken English.</li><li>
Knowledge of MS NAV, SAP, and Oracle accounting systems is an asset.</li><li>
