 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 Ensure compliance and financial control by managing lease agreements, rental payments, and intercompany transactions, while maintaining accurate documentation and resolving operational issues to support business efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Review rental agreements to ensure compliance with approved terms and Delegation of Authority (DOA).

 Lead negotiations with landlords

 to complete documentation and maintain accurate data in the AMR system.

 Review monthly petty cash reimbursements from stores and departments to confirm expenses are business-related.

 Responsible to maintain accruals for utilities, TOR rentals and tracking of PDC cheques.

 Verify intercompany debit notes with supporting documentation.
 </li>

 Reconcile intercompany balances and address any variances promptly.
