 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics, Economics or other relevant disciplines from reputable universities
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in front-end, back-end, and database testing, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 </li>
 <li>
 Financial Institutions or Banking Sector experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Having experience in Loan Allocation is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile / Scrum, Release Management)
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional agile teams in a fast-paced fintech environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with databases such as ORACLE, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
