Key Responsibilities:Clinical Duties:<ul><li>Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, and related head &amp; neck structures</li><li>Perform outpatient consultations and follow-ups</li><li>Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests (endoscopy, audiometry, imaging results, etc.)</li><li>Provide both medical and surgical treatment for ENT disorders</li><li>Manage emergency ENT cases when required</li><li>Perform ENT surgeries such as:</li><li>Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy</li><li>Septoplasty and sinus surgery</li><li>Tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy</li><li>Head and neck procedures</li></ul>⸻Patient Care:<ul><li>Ensure high standards of patient care and safety</li><li>Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive care</li><li>Maintain accurate and complete medical records</li></ul>⸻Administrative &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and international standards</li><li>Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives</li><li>Support accreditation processes (e.g., JCI, MOH requirements)</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for insurance and medico-legal purposes</li></ul>⸻Teaching &amp; Leadership:<ul><li>Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical staff</li><li>Participate in continuous medical education (CME) activities</li><li>Contribute to clinical audits and research where applicable</li></ul>⸻Qualifications:<ul><li>Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)</li><li>Board Certification / Fellowship in Otolaryngology (ENT)</li><li>Valid medical license to practice (QCHP / MOPH &ndash; Qatar preferred)</li></ul>⸻Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of experience in ENT practice (post-specialization)</li><li>Proven experience in both clinical and surgical ENT procedures</li><li>Experience in a hospital or clinical setting</li></ul>⸻Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong diagnostic and surgical skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team</li><li>High level of professionalism and ethical practice</li><li>Decision-making and problem-solving skills</li></ul>⸻Working Conditions:<ul><li>Hospital and outpatient clinic setting</li><li>On-call duties may be required</li><li>Exposure to surgical and emergency environments</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
