<p><b>What are my responsibilities?</b></p>
<ul><li> Drive business development in project business with distributors, panel builders, and OEMs.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Lead project management activities, including technical support and marketing initiatives.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage sales of selected portfolio products within project business segments.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ensure sustainable customer engagement by aligning closely with Sales Managers.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Provide product benchmarking and customer feedback to Product Marketing Management to optimize offerings.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Conduct competitive analysis on a product basis in coordination with Product Marketing.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develop and communicate unique selling points (USPs) for end customers and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement &amp; Construction firms).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Promote vertical channel business development through effective customer segmentation.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify and create customer demand.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Act as a key liaison between customers, Sales Managers, and Product Marketing Managers in project execution.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Organize and deliver technical trainings and events to enhance customer engagement and demand creation.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Conduct technical training sessions for distributors, panel builders, and OEMs in cooperation with Product Marketing Management.</li></ul>
<p></p><p><b>What do I need to qualify for this job?</b></p>
<ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Development &amp; Product Management.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal</li></ul>
<ul><li> Familiar with SAP, Event&amp;Marketing actions.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Good command of MS Office applications.
</li></ul><ul><li> Proven track record in business management and business development</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and market trends</li></ul>
<ul><li> Demonstrated experience in business planning and forecasting</li></ul>
<ul><li> Expertise in portfolio management and product lifecycle processes</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proficient in market analysis and competitive intelligence</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li></ul>
