<ul><li>The candidate monitors the compliance of the distributors &amp; operations with B-F standards and</li></ul>
legal processes, and takes action, when necessary, by coordinating with the Area Sales Manager.
<ul><li>Supports the Area Sales Manager in the creation of distributor orders and manages distributor</li></ul>
product purchase targets by considering optimum stock levels and predicting field sales
performance.
<ul><li>Ensure business needs and takes action in coordination with TT Area Sales Manager as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Works in coordination with distributors for business development opportunities (Number of sales</li></ul>
representatives required, regional organization planning, competitive analysis within the region,
etc.)
Administrative Duties:
<ul><li>Delivers the expected data, reports, activity evaluation in a timely manner according to the</li></ul>
standards and procedures valid in the company.
<ul><li>Responsible for timely reporting in accordance with B-F standards through Panorama &amp; Vispera.</li></ul>
(Collecting data on BF products, market data, data on customers served, and information on
competitors' activities in the market)
<ul><li>Supervises the work of B-F business partners who provide merch services in the field.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for maintaining the customer database in their region accurately and up-to-date.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains operations in the responsible territory in compliance with company standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Holds regular meetings with the TT Area Sales Manager for feedback and insights on the status of</li></ul>
the work and shares action plans when needed.
<ul><li>Keep the relevant database accurate and up-to-date for the customers in their responsible</li></ul>
territory.
<ul><li>Acts as the Brand Ambassador of the B-F Portfolio. Coordinates the preparation and execution of</li></ul>
special product training for the sales personnel of B-F business partners.
What You Bring to the Table
<ul><li>Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);</li></ul>
<ul><li>Competent computer use (MS Office programs - Excel, Power Point)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficient in spoken and written English</li></ul>
<ul><li>Driver's license</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within the same category/field.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Comprehensive understanding of the market.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent business process organization skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven ability to establish and maintain easy, sustainable commercial relationships.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in utilizing financials in collaboration with clients.</li></ul>
