If you are confident in your expertise and thrive in a results-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Native-level English proficiency is required.</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of dental sales experience within the past 5 years is required.</li><li>Proficiency in an additional language such as French or Arabic is highly advantageous.</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li><li>Knowledge and active utilization of the Bright-Plans platform is required.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.</li><li>Solid understanding of dental treatments and clinical procedures.</li><li>Preferably based on the European side of Istanbul.</li></ul><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Expand the clinic&rsquo;s international patient network through proactive outbound communication.</li><li>Coordinate the entire patient journey, from initial consultation to treatment completion.</li><li>Clearly explain treatment options to patients through both written and verbal communication.</li><li>Support patients throughout their treatment process and maintain consistent follow-up.</li><li>Deliver comprehensive aftercare guidance and ongoing assistance.</li><li>Prepare and manage treatment quotations while overseeing financial processes between patients and the clinic.</li><li>Collaborate effectively within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Maintain a strong focus on delivering an outstanding patient experience.</li><li>Utilize office software efficiently; familiarity with Bitrix CRM platform is considered a strong asset.</li><li>Adapt to a flexible and fast-paced work schedule.</li></ul><p>İş T&uuml;r&uuml;: Tam zamanlı</p>
