<div>Job Summary 
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and facilities management services by effectively establishing and implementing work procedures. This role ensures smooth and efficient facility services and supports organizational goals through strategic contract and safety management.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support the development of the Administration Services business plan in alignment with the organization&rsquo;s strategic direction.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Administration Services policies, procedures, and processes.</li>
<li>Assist the Section Head in organizing workflow and coordinating tasks within the section.</li>

<li>Ensure adherence to the organization&rsquo;s safety and evacuation plans and procedures as per the building&rsquo;s security protocols.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate all tasks related to facilities management to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.</li>
<li>Manage all health and safety services, facilities management services, and the provision of driver services.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate any additional tasks related to Facilities Management, as directed by the Section Head, to ensure proper and efficient service delivery.</li>

Education

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Physical Rehabilitation Medicine or a related field.

<li>Check that the control measures as per the MS/RA are implemented.</li>
<li>Report any mistake or observation on MS/RA to HSEQ Department.</li>
<li>Ensure that the employees have the proper PPE before starting the task</li>
<li>Ensure that the employees have are using proper machines and tools for the task to be done.</li>
<li>Comply with the Company standards.</li>
<li>Cascade the toolboxes talk prepared by HSEQ Department.</li>
<li>Ensure that the employees are understanding the content of the toolbox talk.</li>
<li>Engineers must have solid technical knowledge and are expected to find resources for self-learning to deal with the day-by-day troubles.
