We are looking for a bright, energetic individual who will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of the Human Resources office. Responsibilities will include maintenance of incoming calls, walk in inquiries, special projects, coordination of social activities and events, maintenance of the office environment including administrative responsibilities and assisting with general benefit inquiries and requests such as air tickets.  Atender las llamadas telef&oacute;nicas y registrar los mensajes. Crear y mantener sistemas de archivos. Archivar y mantener la documentaci&oacute;n y registros de las entrevistas a solicitantes. Archivar, hacer un seguimiento y procesar las solicitudes de empleo. Crear y digitar la correspondencia de la oficina mediante el uso de una computadora. Auditar y coordinar la distribuci&oacute;n de los cheques de n&oacute;mina. Informar a todos los aspirantes que reciban un ofrecimiento de trabajo sobre la documentaci&oacute;n necesaria que deben traer el primer d&iacute;a de empleo a fin de completar los formularios I-9 de verificaci&oacute;n para empleo. Crear un archivo de personal para el nuevo empleado. Dise&ntilde;ar y actualizar la presentaci&oacute;n y el contenido de las pizarras de anuncios de comunicaci&oacute;n a los empleados (p.ej. respecto al empleo, reclutamiento, transferencias y ascensos). Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los dem&aacute;s; apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes; escuchar y responder de manera apropiada las inquietudes de los dem&aacute;s empleados. Hablar con los dem&aacute;s utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional, preparar y revisar los documentos escritos de manera exacta y completa y atender los tel&eacute;fonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado. Ingresar y localizar la informaci&oacute;n relacionada con el trabajo mediante la utilizaci&oacute;n de computadoras y/o sistemas de punto de venta. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 10 libras o menos. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.
