Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Female Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in upscale hotels, fine dining restaurants, lounges, or premium hospitality venues and possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. She will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining high service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and engage guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner</li><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes</li><li>Recommend beverages and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience</li><li>Ensure all drinks are prepared accurately, efficiently, and presented to the highest standards</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times</li><li>Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment</li><li>Verify guest age requirements and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with local regulations</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly</li><li>Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system</li><li>Work closely with service staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Female candidate </li><li>Previous experience as a Bartender in hotels, 5-star restaurants, lounges, or premium hospitality venues is essential</li><li>Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Presentable, professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong customer service and sales skills</li><li>Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and evening hours</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Accommodation provided</li><li>Duty meals</li><li>Air ticket allowance</li><li>Visa sponsorship</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities</li><li>Professional and supportive working environment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
