This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for relating to financial reporting, but not limited to the following:

Specific Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Senior Management; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the company&rsquo;s financial status</li>
<li>Develop and recommend accounting and budgeting policies and procedures</li>
<li>Record financial transactions on day to day basis</li>
<li>Reconcile bank account and financial statements on monthly basis</li>
<li>Prepare allocation spreads for indirect expenses as needed</li>

Qualifications / Experience

<li>CA Inter with Articles / M.Com / ACCA.</li>
<li>Minimum 4 - 5 years' experience related to the above duties and responsibilities, including articles. Experience of working with International NGOs, donor agencies, or other reputed international development organizations will be a plus</li>
<li>The ideal candidate has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination</li>
