Job Purpose</b></h2><p>
The Receptionist / Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders. Welcome visitors professionally, guide them to relevant departments, and maintain visitor records/cards.</li><li>
Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for visitors, interviews, and official appointments.</li><li>
Maintain reception area cleanliness, required supplies, and first-aid availability.</li><li>
Handle visitor inquiries and report suspicious activities or sensitive visits to management/HR.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Telephone &amp; Communication Management</b></h3><ul><li>
Answer and transfer calls professionally to the appropriate departments and CX helplines.</li><li>
Ensure phone systems, internet connectivity, and communication tools are operational and report issues promptly.</li><li>
Arrange callbacks, conference calls, and provide support to employees regarding phone system usage.</li><li>
Maintain updated contact directories and ensure important messages are delivered accurately.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Mail, Courier &amp; Records Management</b></h3><ul><li>
Receive, sort, distribute, and maintain records of couriers, parcels, and official documents.</li><li>
Maintain records of CVs, invitations, correspondence, and related documentation.</li><li>
Ensure confidentiality of official mobile numbers, contact details, and sensitive information.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Administrative &amp; Clerical Support</b></h3><ul><li>
Manage meeting room bookings and support meeting arrangements.</li><li>
Perform clerical duties including data entry, typing, documentation, and record maintenance.</li><li>
Support HR activities for new employees and maintain stationery inventory records.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Monitoring &amp; Reporting</b></h3><ul><li>
Monitor official vehicle activities and prepare daily reports.</li><li>

 First-line SOC analyst responsible for real-time monitoring and alert triage across SIEM, EDR/XDR platform, and MDM platform. Operates within a 24/7 shift model, escalating validated threats to L2 and maintaining accurate incident records throughout.

  Key Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Monitor and triage alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR platform, and MDM platform during assigned shift windows
  </li>
  <li>
   Classify alert severity, identify false positives, and document findings with structured case notes
  </li>
  <li>
   Escalate confirmed or suspected incidents to L2 with a clear summary of indicators, affected assets, and timeline
  </li>
  <li>
   Execute ACE Incident Response Playbooks phishing, brute force, endpoint isolation, device compliance failure
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct basic log analysis across endpoint, cloud (cloud platform), M365, and identity (Identity platform / MFA platform) sources via SIEM
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain shift handover documentation and communicate open incidents to the incoming analyst
  </li>
  <li>
   Support compliance reporting where security events intersect with FCA, UK-GDPR, CBI, or PCI DSS obligations
