<b>Job Summary:</b><br>

The Partner Onboarding Executive will play a crucial role in onboarding the company&rsquo;s strategic send-side partners, which may include Banks and Payment Processors. The Onboarding executive's main role will be to take our partners through our internal onboarding process and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding overall for our various international entities. This role focuses on rapid growth and onboarding of partners and will maximize the company&rsquo;s ability to be agile within the field of work.<br>

The PO executive will take ownership of complex onboarding cases, set execution standards, and ensure partners experience a seamless, timely, and compliant activation journey. This role requires strong judgement, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to pre-empt challenges while driving quality and consistency across the team. Your presence, domain understanding, and operational discipline will be critical in enabling ACE to scale efficiently and maintain best-in-class onboarding delivery.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br>

<b>Partner Onboarding Management</b><ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact to guide various partners' onboarding process.</li><li>
Manage timelines to achieve timely activation of new partners across international entities.</li><li>
Quickly address any onboarding issues, liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.</li></ul><b>
Documentation &amp; Compliance</b><ul><li>
Collect and verify all required documentation for partner onboarding.</li><li>
Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure partners meet compliance standards across jurisdictions. Liaise with internal departments that require due diligence information.
</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements, ensuring all onboarding activities meet regulatory standards.</li></ul><b>
Communication &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration</b><ul><li>
Keep partners and internal stakeholders informed of onboarding status and key milestones.</li><li>
Work closely with compliance, finance, and operations teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.</li><li>
Set clear expectations with partners regarding onboarding timelines and requirements.</li></ul><b>
Process Improvement &amp; Reporting</b><ul><li>
Continuously assess and improve onboarding processes for efficiency and scalability.</li><li>
Monitor key performance indicators related to onboarding speed, accuracy, and partner satisfaction.</li><li>

About the Role</b><br>

ACE Money Transfer processes over millions of transactions a year across a global network of payment partners, acquirers, payout providers, and banking relationships. Keeping those integrations running and performing is critical to the business.<br>
The Integration Coordinator sits within the PBI team and acts as the operational bridge between ACE's internal IT and Engineering teams and our external payment partners. At any given time, PBI is running between ten and twenty active integration projects simultaneously &mdash; new partner onboardings, configuration changes, technical remediation, and API performance work. This role exists to keep those projects moving and to make sure nothing stalls due to miscommunication, missing information, or unresolved queries between teams.<br>
This is not a development role. We are looking for someone who understands how API-based integrations work well enough to hold informed conversations on both sides, spot where things are going wrong, and escalate clearly so that the right people can act. The value this person adds is speed, clarity, and follow-through across a high volume of concurrent workstreams.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h1><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Integration Project Coordination</b><br>

Track all active PBI integration projects, maintaining an up-to-date picture of status, blockers, and next actions across onboardings, configuration changes, and technical remediation</li><li>
Act as the day-to-day coordination point between ACE's IT and Engineering teams and external payment partners on all integration matters</li><li>
Keep integration timelines moving by following up proactively with both internal and external parties, escalating to the Head of PBI where progress has stalled</li><li>
Prepare and circulate clear status updates on active integrations for internal reporting and team reviews</li><li>
Schedule and run integration calls, ensuring both sides are prepared, actions are documented, and follow-ups are completed</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Technical Bridge and Fact-Checking</b><br>
</h2><ul><li>
Review inputs from both ACE's internal teams and external partners, identifying inconsistencies, gaps, or conflicting information before they cause delays</li><li>
Ask the right questions of both sides to ensure integration decisions are based on accurate and complete information</li><li>
Validate that proposed configurations and solutions are aligned with ACE's requirements before escalating recommendations to IT for implementation</li><li>
Liaise with partner technical teams to gather API documentation, integration specs, and clarification on technical requirements</li><li>
Maintain integration documentation including API specs, configuration records, flow diagrams, and issue logs</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><br>

API Health Monitoring</b><br>

Monitor the ongoing health and performance of live API integrations across ACE's payment partner network</li><li>

Escalate findings to IT and the relevant partners with clear documentation of the issue, observed impact, and suggested next steps</li><li>
Track remediation progress on flagged API issues through to resolution</li><li>
