  11. Identify training needs of seaboard personnel and Coordinate with training team.

  13. Ensuring that necessary preparations have been made for the vessels&rsquo; third-party inspections and those possible deficiencies and findings are tracked and dealt with in a timely manner.

  14. Liaising with class and flag state to ensure that the vessels are operated in compliance with all relevant international requirements.
 </p>

  15. Maintaining all Class and Statutory Surveys within the &ldquo;due dates&rdquo; and following up the rectification of all possible deficiencies issued with respect to Navigational and GMDSS equipment, LSA and Fire Fighting Equipment.
 </p>

  16. Arranging and following up corrective actions related to the reports issued by PSC/USCG, Oil Majors and other third-party bodies.
 </p>
 <p>
  17. Maintaining files and correspondence related to PSC/USCG and flag inspections and following-up documentation.

  18. Keeping the Marine Dept. informed about all items affecting the Safe Operation of the vessels.
 </p>

  19. Assisting DPA in the investigation of incidents and non-conformities occurred on board the assigned ships and ensuring that proper corrective/preventive actions are being taken and implemented on the vessels.

  20. Responsible for compliance with company General Management system (ISM/ISO). Requirements included must be properly implemented on assigned vessels and in office.

  21. Carrying out Internal Audits on board and/or ashore upon request of the DPA.

<li>Coordinate with Supply Chain &amp; Marine Manager for urgent items.</li>
<li>Participate in stock reduction initiatives.</li>

<li>Ensure adherence to company rules, JV requirements, and applicable laws (including tax and customs regulations).</li>
<li>Integrate HSE and quality standards into all contracting activities.</li>
<li>Include HSE requirements in contracts and evaluations.</li>
<li>Ensure proper administration, filing, and updating of documents in SAP, Agora, or central drives.</li>

<li>Manage, coach, motivate, and develop C&amp;P department personnel.</li>

<li>Support recruitment, training, and development of C&amp;P personnel through competency-based plans.</li>

<li>Manage efficient cost control by coordinating with multiple stakeholders.</li>

</ul><p>Education Requirements:</p>
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in procurement discipline or equivalent.</li>
</ul><p>Language Requirements:</p>
<ul><li>Excellent written, read, and spoken English (required).</li>
<li>Arabic appreciated.</li>
</ul><p>Background and Experience:</p>
<ul><li>Relevant successful experience in managing Maintenance, Inspection, and Logistics contracts in an operational O&amp;G environment.</li>
<li>Experience in C&amp;P Team Management.</li>
<li>10 to 15 years&rsquo; experience in purchasing and contracts, preferably in O&amp;G industry.</li></ul></div>
