We are seeking an experienced General Foreman with at least 2 years of UAE experience in high-rise construction, preferably with contracting companies. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site activities, ensure work is executed to the highest quality, and maintain safety standards throughout the duration of major high-rise building projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities for high-rise projects.</li><li>Allocate general and daily responsibilities to work crews and subcontractors, ensuring workforce and resources are utilized efficiently.</li><li>Interpret and implement technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans.</li><li>Monitor progression of project tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.</li><li>Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards.</li><li>Oversee the use, storage, and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.</li><li>Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks; address any noncompliance or incidents.</li><li>Produce schedules, monitor crew attendance, and maintain attendance records.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants for smooth workflow.</li><li>Solve site-based problems swiftly to minimize delays.</li><li>Report progress and site issues to higher management and attend periodic site meetings.</li></ul>Desired Candidate ProfileRequired Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2 years UAE experience as a General Foreman in high-rise construction with a contracting company.</li><li>Proven expertise in supervising large multi-disciplinary teams (civil, MEP, finishing, etc.).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and shop drawings.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and local UAE regulations.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.</li><li>Technical proficiency with modern construction practices and machinery.</li><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Good spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.</li></ul>Additional Details<ul><li>Full-time role based on construction sites across the UAE.</li><li>Accommodation and transport will often be provided as per company policy.</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
