Job Description 
Scope of Position:
A detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales and marketing targets by supporting Sales and Marketing Manager and coordinating sales site inspections. Supporting the Sales and Marketing department with administration duties. Sales and Marketing Coordination:<ul><li>

A Reservations Agent will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel; and therefore, must offer an excellent service and influence the Guest decision to stay at the property. 
 
 
What will I be doing? 
As a Reservation Agent, you will serve as the first line of inquiry for room reservations within the hotel. A Reservation Agent is responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet Guest and customer needs. Specifically, a Reservations Agent will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:<ul>
<li>Convert, quickly, inquiries into contracted business</li>
<li>Respond, positively, to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads</li>
<li>Identify sales leads, as appropriate</li>
<li>Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectation</li>
<li>Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards</li></ul>

<li>Previous experience in a Reservations environment</li>
<li>Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree</li></ul>

What you will do
<ul><li>Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
</li><li>Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room. Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness.
</li><li>Perform all facial and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered. Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.
</li><li>Proven knowledge and experience with a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish are required.
</li><li>Read the guests and customize their service to ensure peace and relaxation.
</li><li>Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
</li><li>Report any complaints to the management team.
</li><li>Upsell Spa products considering guests&rsquo; needs and departments sales targets. Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team.
</li></ul>What you bring
<ul><li>At least 2 years&rsquo; experience within a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort.
</li><li>This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.
</li><li>Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols.
</li><li>Proper license and qualifications are required.
</li><li>Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, teamwork attitude, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
