 Position Summary
 
 
 
 
 The Junior Art Director, Men&rsquo;s will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Kith Men&rsquo;s across ecommerce and creative projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic point of view and cultural awareness who&rsquo;s ready to grow under mentorship while taking independent ownership of day-to-day creative execution. You&rsquo;re organized, curious, and driven; ready to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-moving creative team.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive and manage all men&rsquo;s ecommerce photoshoots&mdash;maintaining visual standards, overseeing styling and photography, casting, selects, and retouching notes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Art Director, Men&rsquo;s by researching and gathering creative references for campaigns, editorials, and seasonal storytelling, and assist on set for key shoots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, styling, design, and production to bring creative projects from concept to completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Curate and guide image selects for web, social, and marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive, interpret, and apply creative feedback with openness and professionalism, focusing on growth and refinement.

 2+ years of experience as an art director, designer, or related creative role, with some on-set experience preferred.

 A portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic point of view, cultural fluency, and clear creative perspective.

 <li>
 Robust knowledge of photography, design, visual research, and creative references, with a strong understanding of composition, tone, and lighting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage shoots or creative projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Adobe creative suite, Figma, and Capture One.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
