ROLE SUMMARY:</b></p><p>
The Senior Graphic Designer will work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. Experience working for another CPG brand is a must. Qualifications:

BS/BA required (Degree in Education or a core academic discipline preferred); MA in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Learning Science (Andragogy), or Education required; MEd is preferred; Ph.D. or Ed.D. is a plus.</li><li>
5 to 7 years of post-college work experience in instructional design or a related field, including a strong professional background as a classroom teacher (K-12 or Post-Secondary).</li><li>
Instructional design and training experience (must provide samples of work) in a higher education environment, demonstrating an understanding of academic culture and faculty partnership.</li><li>
A consistent record of successful project management, including the ability to meet project quality expectations and schedule commitments</li><li>
A consistent record of high performance as an Instructional Designer</li><li>
Demonstrated high level of determination and creativity in solving complex pedagogical challenges.</li><li>
