<p><b>Requirements:

Our Design team is responsible for establishing the trends, color, and style direction for our seasonal and customer-driven lines. They create apparel designs to be shared with internal teams during trend presentations, and external teams at buyer meetings. Once orders are placed, the Design team manages and oversees the sample development and production process in conjunction with cross-functional partners.</p><p>
Our ideal candidate for a Design Assistant to help this sleepwear brand will be passionate about fashion, have a keen eye for trends, and have a strong ability to multi-task. Research the market for seasonal trends, colors, prints and silhouettes to support the senior team.</li><li>
Responsible for sending out tech packs and sample requests, along with production artwork and color standards.</li><li>
Execute organized and accurate technical development packages that include construction details, sketches, fabrications, trims, print, and color details.</li><li>
Correspond with overseas factories regarding production.</li><li>
Assist designers with the trim and fabric library, color pallets, and flat sketching.</li><li>
Work with the senior team to make sure artwork is sized correctly and for choosing colors.</li><li>
Execute production packages including color and trim specifications and prepare production ready print and graphic artwork.</li><li>
Track and follow up on development and fabric sourcing.</li></ul><p>
Job Requirements &amp; Qualifications</p><ul><li>
Fashion degree required.</li><li>
Internship experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, &amp; Microsoft Excel.</li><li>
Positive attitude and team player.</li><li>
Excellent communication and follow-up skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.</li><li>

Conduct property walkthroughs with real estate agents to assess design and staging needs.</li><li>
Complete pick sheets and pull inventory from our curated warehouse.</li><li>
Assist with staging installations in luxury homes and short-term rentals.</li><li>
Style spaces using furniture, accessories, and artwork.</li><li>
Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative creative team.</li></ul><div><br>
