We are searching for a Creative Production Designer to join our team, focusing on the design and meticulous production of a wide variety of print and digital deliverables (e.g., presentations, banners, name tags, promotional items, and more).

Job Responsibilities 
Design and Technical Drawing.<ul><li> Utilize extensive Revit expertise to develop accurate and comprehensive technical drawings.</li><li> Collaborate with the design team to transform concepts into detailed designs that align with the overall design vision.</li><li> Draft, refine, and review technical and engineering drawings, ensuring precision and adherence to design intent.</li><li> Lead design and drawing tasks for smaller projects, ensuring a cohesive approach from the Model Room to the Room Roll-out phase.</li></ul>
Fixture and finish review and selection<ul><li> Partner with the Senior Designer to research and select fixtures, finishes, and materials that integrate seamlessly into the overall design concept</li></ul>
Space Planning &amp; Detailing<ul><li> Develop preliminary space plans for larger projects and finalize plans for smaller projects.</li><li> Work collaboratively with Intermediate Designers to refine space plans and address complex design challenges.</li><li> Produce detailed interior design documentation, ensuring clarity and precision in all design aspects.</li></ul>
Furniture, Fixture, and Cost Estimating<ul><li> Create and deliver comprehensive design and furniture packages for small to medium-sized projects.</li><li> Support the development of packages for larger projects by obtaining and refining cost estimates.</li></ul>
Site Verifications and Field Surveys<ul><li> Provide support during site verifications and field surveys when needed, ensuring that design implementations reflect the approved plans.</li></ul>
Budgeting<ul><li> Oversee the design budget for assigned projects, ensuring strict adherence to financial guidelines.</li><li> Promptly communicate any potential budget variances to the Senior Designer, Project Manager, and/or client.</li></ul> 
Education, Work Experience, and Leadership
Graduate of architecture or design school: equivalent experience may be substituted 
Work Experience
8+ years&rsquo; experience in Hospitality/Hotels interior design projects 
Leadership
Works under the leadership of a Senior Designer on projects; may lead the design on smaller projects. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Design and Technical<ul><li> Extensive knowledge of design principles and aesthetics</li><li> Extensive Knowledge of Hotel design phases and approach</li><li> Advanced Hotel space planning skills with a keen eye for furniture layout and functionality.</li><li> Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability</li><li> Deep understanding of Hotel FF&amp;E and finishes and local requirements.</li><li> Advanced sketching, and interior architecture detailing skills.</li><li> Familiarity with construction documents (CDs) and standard procedures.</li><li> Knowledge of hospitality industry including operational needs, branding and positioning</li><li> Understanding of luxury brands and brands standards</li></ul> 
System<ul><li> Advanced Revit skills</li><li> Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills</li><li> Affinity Program skills or equivalent</li></ul>
Communication<ul><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li> Strong presentation and graphic communication abilities.</li></ul> 
Salary Range: $90,,000 - 120,000: We have role flexibility based on education, relevant hospitality experience and licensing,
