Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities by understanding customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs and industry contexts.
- Provide expert technical pre-sales support, including solution design, architecture recommendations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, scopes of work, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, addressing their concerns and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and our evolving product portfolio, especially in AI solutions.
- Work closely with product development and support teams to provide customer feedback and ensure successful solution deployment.
- Represent UNIQUE COMPUTER SYSTEMS LLC at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Required Skills
- Deep Product and Solution Knowledge of relevant IT infrastructure, software, and AI technologies.
- Strong Technical Acumen and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
- Effective Technical Presentation and Demonstration Skills to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Design to create customized client solutions.
- Understanding of the Competitive Landscape within the IT and AI solutions market.
- Exceptional Communication (Verbal and Written) skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Active Listening and Discovery capabilities to uncover underlying customer needs.
- Demonstrated Customer Relationship Management and Empathy skills.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Consultative Approach to address client challenges.
- Solid Business Acumen and Commercial Awareness.
- Preferred female candidates with husband visa.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Proven ability in explaining and engaging customers in AI solutions.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Proven track record of success in selling complex IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts, solutions, and their practical application in business environments is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in the UAE market is a plus.
