This role will lead facilities planning, budgeting, and vendor management activities while driving continuous improvement in office infrastructure and employee experience.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee building and grounds maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments. Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors. Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and review shuttle contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the organization of placement and furniture of the office regions and the meeting rooms
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage facilities capex budget and ensure properly tracking is in place
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10 years of experience in respective area/s
 </li>
 <li>
 University graduate from respective departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical and well organized
 </li>
 <li>
 Contract handling experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention in details
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellence in using MS Office Programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Advance knowledge of Turkish
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, possess the capability to interact with all levels across the organization
 </li>
