Position Overview:</h2>
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and an active Google Search Ads Certification. The right candidate must have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, strong analytical skills, and experience working with tracking tools and call tracking platforms. A portfolio of past projects and companies you&rsquo;ve worked with is required.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>
Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube (as needed).</li><li>
Conduct in-depth keyword research, develop high-performing ad copy, and run A/B tests.</li><li>
Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms such as CallRail, WhatConverts, or similar.</li><li>
Build and manage proper UTM links to accurately track campaign performance and traffic sources.</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.</li><li>
Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.</li><li>
Stay current with Google Ads trends, policy changes, and new platform features.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements:</h2><ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.</li><li>
Google Search Ads Certification is required (must be current and verifiable).</li><li>
