We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the Education, Training, Study Abroad, Higher Education, or Educational Consultancy sector. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of generating qualified student leads, achieving enrollment targets, and delivering measurable marketing results through digital channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media and other digital platforms.</li><li>Generate high-quality student leads and consistently achieve lead generation targets.</li><li>Manage and grow social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.</li><li>Create compelling content including student success stories, testimonials, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Optimize website performance, landing pages, and SEO to improve lead conversion rates.</li><li>Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights through regular reports.</li><li>Work closely with admissions counselors and sales teams to maximize student enrollment conversions.</li><li>Continuously identify new opportunities to improve campaign ROI and lead quality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing across GCC markets.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and lead generation</li><li>Excellent communication and content creation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in educational consultancy marketing</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and email automation</li><li>Basic graphic design skills</li><li>Video editing for social media</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance incentives</li><li>Opportunity to work in a fast-growing education sector</li><li>Career growth and skill development</li><li>Supportive and dynamic team environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From BD350.000 per monthExperience:<ul><li>GCC: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
