About the Role
 
We are seeking a full-funnel ‘growth athlete’ with deep expertise in SEO, web strategy, and CRO to help scale ChatGPT consumer and business growth initiatives. You will drive growth across the entire user journey with rigorous analytical thinking and high-velocity experimentation. This team thrives on rapid testing, rigorous measurement, and creative problem solving, all while keeping user value at the center of our decision-making.
 
You will own SEO and web growth initiatives end-to-end—from keyword strategy and creative development to deployment, measurement, and iteration. This role is highly cross-functional and will require close collaboration with engineering, product, product marketing, marketing, data science, and design teams to design scalable systems that accelerate organic traffic and conversion rate growth globally.
 
This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
 
In this role, you will: 
Design, launch, and optimize global SEO acquisition experiences across B2B and B2C segments to capture high-intent traffic.
 
Own technical SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, site audits, schema implementation, internal linking, and content roadmap development to grow qualified organic traffic.

Partner with data science, product, engineering, and content teams to build scalable growth tooling, attribution models, and experimentation infrastructure.
 
Develop AI-native workflows and processes to help the broader growth team adopt full-funnel thinking and rigorous measurement.
 
Lead cross-functional “web growth sprints” to test pricing, packaging, paywall, landing page templates, and conversion flows, coordinating creative, PM, and engineering to maximize learning velocity.
 
You might thrive in this role if you are/have: 
8+ years in growth roles, with experience scaling SEO growth initiatives across consumer and business offerings.
 
Deep expertise in SEO strategy and technical implementation, including site migrations, schema, and keyword portfolio management.
 
Hands-on experience with CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, Statsig) and web analytics (GA4, Search Console, Looker) to design, launch, and interpret A/B or multivariate tests.
