: Gym InstructorLocation: Durrat Al Bahrain Resort Department: PR / Community &amp; Public Relations Reporting To: Head of Community &amp; Public RelationsJob PurposeTo ensure the safe, effective, and professional operation of the gym facilities, while delivering high-quality fitness guidance and maintaining excellent customer service standards for residents and guests.Key Responsibilities1. Fitness Supervision<ul><li>Monitor daily gym activities and ensure safe use of all equipment</li><li>Provide guidance on exercise techniques and fitness programs</li><li>Assist members with workout plans based on their goals</li></ul>2. Customer Service<ul><li>Welcome and assist residents and guests professionally</li><li>Respond to inquiries related to gym usage and fitness</li><li>Ensure a positive and motivating gym environment</li></ul>3. Equipment &amp; Facility Management<ul><li>Inspect gym equipment daily and report faults</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of gym area</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs</li></ul>4. Health &amp; Safety<ul><li>Enforce gym rules and safety procedures</li><li>Ensure all users follow proper workout practices</li><li>Provide basic first aid in case of emergencies</li></ul>5. Personal Training <ul><li>Conduct personal training sessions as per agreement</li><li>Track client progress and maintain records</li></ul>6. Administrative Duties<ul><li>Maintain attendance and usage records</li><li>Report incidents and operational issues</li><li>Support facility management with daily reports</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>As per assigned shift schedule (8 Hours daily)</li><li>Flexible based on operational requirements</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training</li><li>CPR &amp; First Aid certification</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years experience in gym or fitness center</li><li>Good communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred)</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Knowledge of fitness techniques and equipment</li><li>Ability to handle emergencies calmly</li><li>Teamwork and professionalism</li></ul>Performance Expectations<ul><li>Maintain high service standards</li><li>Ensure gym safety and cleanliness</li><li>Achieve member satisfaction</li><li>Adhere to Durrat Resort Management policies</li></ul>Pay: BD500.000 - BD800.000 per monthWork Location: In person

Front Desk Operations<ul><li>Welcome residents, members, and guests in a professional manner</li><li>Manage daily check-ins and access control for gym users</li><li>Handle membership registrations, renewals, and visitor records</li></ul>2. Customer Service<ul><li>Respond to inquiries regarding gym timings, services, and membership details</li><li>Assist members with bookings, complaints, and general support</li><li>Ensure a positive customer experience at all times</li></ul>3. Administrative Duties<ul><li>Maintain daily attendance records and membership database</li><li>Prepare reports for gym usage and membership status</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications</li></ul>4. Payment &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Assist with membership payment coordination (if applicable)</li><li>Maintain filing of contracts, forms, and member documents</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for all gym users</li></ul>5. Facility Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with gym instructors and management regarding schedules</li><li>Report maintenance issues, equipment faults, or cleanliness concerns</li><li>Support smooth daily gym operations</li></ul>6.
