Strong project management and organizational skills with a systems-thinking approach</li><li>
Excellent coordination and follow-through capabilities across multiple teams, command of English and Arabic Language</li><li>
Financial acumen and experience handling large, multi-stream budgets</li><li>
 Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Teams Planner)</li><li>
Effective communicator with a service mindset and collaborative approach</li><li>
Ability to anticipate risks and proactively identify operational solutions</li><li>
Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members</li></ul><br>
