You will: 
Marketing Technology Ownership
 Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including tools like Webflow, Mixpanel, Iterable, Freshpaint, Osano, Tag Manager, Twilio, Mailgun, HubSpot, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, and ServiceNow.
 Ensure system uptime, integration, and data flow between platforms to maintain a seamless marketing ecosystem.

 About the role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations by handling a variety of commercial transactions and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. You will report directly to the Head of Legal, gaining valuable mentorship and guidance.
 
 
 
 On a typical day you'll

 Structure, draft, negotiate and review all types and aspects of commercial agreements, including EULAs, Licensing Agreements, DPAs, Supplier Agreements, NDAs and others.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on and ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR and related privacy laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies to help scale the business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct legal research and analysis to support various business initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal advice and work closely with all our marketing, business development and sales divisions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 About you
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-4 years of experience in the commercial department of a leading law firm or a SaaS based hi-tech company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of commercial transactions, including licensing, distribution, and non-disclosure agreements - MUST.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly GDPR - Plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Business-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving commercial objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing skills, analytical approach, attention to details, and organizational abilities.
 </li>
