Role Description
As the Digital Marketing Manager (Le Pain Quotidien and Little Beet), you will report to and partner closely with the Director of Marketing and be responsible for the digital customer retention efforts, including loyalty programs, email marketing, and social media.
At Convive Brands, we&rsquo;re building the marketing department from the ground up. This role is for someone who is energized by the opportunity to build and test, excited to own and optimize several of our brand&rsquo;s most impactful marketing channels, comfortable working in grey areas, and proactive in managing up to get clarity and make strong recommendations.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented strategic marketer with demonstrated experience building and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, writing compelling marketing copy&mdash;and most importantly, someone who is obsessed with the guest experience.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Build, execute, and analyze marketing strategies for loyalty, email, and social media platforms aligned with marketing team and company objectives.</li><li>
Manage key relationships with loyalty program platform and franchise partner for social media.</li><li>
Manage content calendar for digital channels, ensuring timely and relevant updates.</li><li>

Partner with Senior Graphic Designer to strategize for and execute effective photoshoots that meet our marketing team objectives.

Responsible for strategic planning and optimization as well as execution of marketing tactics.</li><li>

Responsible for making ongoing website updates on our primary brand sites.

Qualifications<ul><li>
A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role</li><li>

 Essential:

 4-7+ years&rsquo; experience in cosmetics influencer marketing (mailers, seedings, paid content, event coordinating)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Understanding of the beauty influencer industry, focusing on content that garners awareness and paid partnerships that are authentic

 <li>
 Detail oriented, can work in fast paced environments, solution-oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; MBA a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Global experience with strong knowledge of the U.S. market
 </li>

 Manage the end-to-end process for email campaigns: segmentation, copywriting, design coordination, QA testing, deployment, and optimization of automated and batch campaigns.

 Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligning email themes with launches and brand moments.

 Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, sales attribution, engagement), conducting A/B tests and applying insights to improve results.

 Implement email acquisition and retargeting strategies to enhance audience growth, engagement, and lifetime value.

 Product Setup &amp; Launch Execution

 Collaborate with the Buying team to manage product setup from start to finish, ensuring data accuracy across pricing, inventory, tagging, collections, and merchandising logic.

 Coordinate seamless product launches and promotions, ensuring site updates reflect key initiatives and seasonal priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee visual merchandising across the homepage, category pages, product detail pages, and navigation to optimize conversion and storytelling.

 Ecommerce Performance &amp; Reporting

 Track and report on ecommerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, customer retention, and ROI, with accountability for translating results into action.

 Utilize tools such as Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze on-site performance and customer behavior, developing actionable insights for growth.

 <li>
 Present weekly and monthly reports to leadership, translating data into strategic recommendations and optimization plans.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

 5+ years of experience in marketing or ecommerce, preferably within retail or DTC brands.
