 The U.S. Trade Marketing Manager is a key role in this journey. This position will help bring Cloetta&rsquo;s brands to life in the U.S. market by supporting retail customers, executing activation programs, and ensuring excellent local execution across retailer and consumer touchpoints.
 
 
 This is about helping translate strategy into action. You will work closely with Sales, Global Marketing, agency partners, and retail customers to support awareness, trial, and long-term brand growth.

 As U.S. Trade Marketing Manager, your mission is to support the successful execution of marketing, shopper marketing, and retailer activation initiatives that help Cloetta&rsquo;s brands grow in the U.S. market across retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will:
 
 
 &bull; Independently manage the execution of U.S. marketing plans rooted in global brand strategy.
 
 
 &bull; Adapt approved global assets and materials for U.S. retailer and consumer engagement.
 
 
 &bull; Execute retailer programs, shopper marketing initiatives, trade shows, and retailer-facing marketing activities.
 
 
 &bull; Partner closely with Sales, Global Marketing, agencies, and retail partners to ensure consistent and effective execution.
 
 
 &bull; Build awareness, trial, and retailer engagement for Cloetta brands across multiple channels.

 Experience &amp; Background
 
 
 
 &bull; 3&ndash;6 years in trade marketing, shopper marketing, retailer marketing, brand activation, or related CPG marketing roles.
 
 
 &bull; Experience within food, beverage, confectionery, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries preferred.
 
 
 &bull; Experience supporting retailer programs and retailer-facing initiatives.
 
 
 &bull; Proven ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and channels.
 
 
 &bull; Experience working with agencies, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

 WHAT DO WE OFFER?
 
 
 
 The compensation range for this position is based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. The salary range for this role is $95,000&ndash;$115,000 and is performance bonus eligible.
