Role Summary

We're seeking a strategic, highly organized, and data-driven Sr Manager, Employee Lifecycle to lead and continuously enhance the core employee lifecycle programs that shape the employee experience at Fanatics Collectibles. This role serves as a critical partner to the Sr. Director, Human Resources, helping design, execute, and optimize annual talent programs spanning onboarding, performance management, talent assessment, compensation planning, learning, compliance, and employee development.

This individual will act as the operational backbone for the People team's annual program portfolio, ensuring initiatives are delivered with excellence while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, decision-making, and employee outcomes through data, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

What You'll Do

Core Employee Lifecycle Programs

<li>Own the planning, execution, communication, and continuous improvement of annual employee lifecycle programs, ensuring a consistent and scalable employee experience across the organization.</li>
<li>Lead the end-to-end administration of performance management processes, including performance check-ins, mid-year Talent Assessment Planning (TAP), calibration activities, year-end reviews, manager enablement, employee communications, training sessions, office hours, and program reporting and tracking.</li>
<li>Partner closely with HRBPs, Compensation, HRIS, and business leaders to support year-end compensation planning processes and ensure seamless execution across interconnected talent programs.</li>

What You Bring

Qualifications

 Role Mandate
 
 
 
 Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, financial and human resources administration and provides professional support to one or more Managers and their direct reports. The role provides general office services ensuring all administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed, while seeking to determine, develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the business group.

 Develops and maintains a filing system; ensures business and operational reports, forms, and other documentation, paper or electronic, are readily available.

 Supports the development of tailored messaging, which may include writing, editing and distributing communications (e.g., correspondence, presentations, policies &amp; procedures).

 Dispatches outgoing communications. Answers central phone line, responding to and resolving/escalating inquiries.

 Processes invoices for payment in adherence with documented processes and guidelines and vendor agreements.

 Prepares and logs departmental expense claims and reports. Tracks expenses to ensure they stay within budget.

 Makes travel arrangements, booking flight/hotel reservations as needed.
 </li>

 Liaises with internal business units and external vendors and participates in the local coordination and implementation of premises and building related matters including incoming/outgoing staff and contractors, relocations, office planning and new furniture requirements while ensuring minimal interruptions to business operations.

 Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

 Maintains and tracks overtime, on-call claims, staff vacations and absences in accordance with Bank and/or divisional guidelines to ensure consistency in entitlement and to determine staff availability.

The ASPCA is seeking a multidisciplinary video producer that will develop, shoot, edit and optimize content for social media to bring our mission to save, transform and protect animals to life. This producer serves as a critical bridge between the Multimedia and Social Media teams, translating social strategy into compelling, social-first content that tells the ASPCA&rsquo;s story and engages our audiences. The ASPCA's Manager of Social Video Production will create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn by utilizing original footage and assets from the Multimedia team and organizational collaborators to tell stories, share information and drive social engagement.
The Manager of Social Video Production will be proficient in all aspects of production - from video ideation and coordinating shoot logistics, to independent camera and audio production, to meticulously organized edits and implementing motion graphics. Equally as important as their technical abilities, the ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse eager to apply both innovative storytelling techniques for social audiences as well as traditional forms of video engagement.
