The Work You'll Do:</b></p>

As a <b>Recruiting Coordinator</b> at Sovos, you will be a vital part of our talent acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. In this entry-level role, you'll support the full recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and keeping our hiring processes running smoothly.</p>

More specifically, you will:</i></p>

<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)</li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li>
<li>Prepare interview materials, send confirmations, and manage calendar logistics for hiring teams</li>
<li>Support recruiters with sourcing activities, job postings, and candidate pipeline management</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization</li>
<li>Generate reports and track recruiting metrics to support data-driven decision making</li>
<li>Explore and adopt AI-powered tools to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate engagement</li>
<li>Collaborate with global HR and talent acquisition colleagues to share best practices and support company-wide initiatives</li>
<li>Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding activities as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What We Need From You</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Strong proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools</li>
<li>Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies and how they can enhance recruiting processes</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Professional and friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent candidate experiences</li>
<li>Prior experience with scheduling, administrative support, or recruiting coordination is a plus but not required</li>
