About the Role<br>
We are building a world-class recruiting engine for Diageo T&uuml;rkiye. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will shape the experience of every candidate, strengthen our diverse talent pipelines and activate our employer brand across the market. Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle<br>
Write clear job descriptions and candidate profiles<br>
Post roles across our channels and attract the right talent<br>
Screen, shortlist and interview candidates using objective and modern selection methods<br>
Complete reference checks and support hiring managers through final decisions</div><div></div><div>
Build Talent Pipelines and Market Insight<br>
Use talent mapping, sourcing tools and market trends to identify future talent<br>
Develop pipelines for critical roles and ensure strong diverse representation<br>
Share insights with hiring teams to guide planning and decision making</div><div></div><div>
Shape Culture and Drive Change<br>
Advise hiring managers on inclusive and consistent hiring practices<br>
Create a high quality candidate and hiring manager experience<br>

Experience / skills required</div><ul><li><div>
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, employer branding or inclusion projects</div></li><li><div>
