 Prepare room for the arrival of new employee. Ensure par stock and the condition of the room are up to the require standards

 Create a welcome experience for all employees starting from the pre-arrival experience, to their arrival at the airport and at E-Hotel.

 Ensure that employee&rsquo;s in house list is up to date.

 Ensure the entire Staff Housing safety, fire alarm system, fire exits door, general building safety, accident or incident

 Make sure that all employees respect the staff housing rules

 Sit with staffs and solve/ handling any issues in the spots Inform the HRD for any unusual events and communicate any special instructions to the Staff Housing Team.

 Responsible for the cleanliness of the entire Staff Housing
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating all Staff Housing Engineering related issues such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AC issues, ECT with the Engineer A of the Staff Housing. Ensure all maintenance request are attended.

 Ensure the cleanliness of the Staff Housing Dining Room, food quality, food presentation, kitchen cleanliness and coordinate with Concern person ( Chef)

 Room inspections for departure employee to ensure all equipment are return in good and working condition, no damages in any part of the room.

 Prepare transportation schedule for Staff Housing &ndash; Four Seasons Hotel &ndash; Staff Housing, shopping trips, medical center.

 General Food and Beverage Services

 Follow appropriate procedures for serving alcohol, follow local Training and Guidance

 Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.

 Set tables according to type of event and service standards, including types of linens, glassware, plate/chinaware, and silver/flatware, ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.

 Banquet Room Set-up
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as stated in Banquet Event Order.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table/carts and cordial carts with specified tools, wares and equipment according to company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual (AV), projection, lighting, and conferencing equipment, devices, and systems, ensuring all equipment is operational prior to use.
 </li>
 <li>
 All Event service expert will be required to completely familiarize themselves with the location of each function room and related areas and the various types of set up to include the following: school style, theatre style, conference style, U-Shape, Hollow square, hollow rectangle, banquet style, different types of buffets set up, coffee break.
 </li>

 Set up and handling tables, i.e. round, rectangle, buffet etc. Service, breakdown and vacuuming of all department functions area to include meetings rooms, breakfast, lunch, dinner, receptions, banquet hall, dance floor, exhibits, general cleaning of all area and outdoor catering.

 To ensure that all equipment, fixture and furniture are handled with great care.

 Banquet Room Bussing and Cleaning

 Bus tables by removing and separating tableware, chinaware, glassware, and flatware.

 Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests, including checking for cleanliness, cracks, and chips.

 Break-down, remove, and secure AV equipment and related equipment, devices, and systems promptly following an event.

 Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements requested by guest.

 Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing.

 Follow up on special banquet event arrangements requested by guest to ensure compliance.

 Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment and Internet.

 Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.

 Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
