We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and take beverage and food orders.</li><li>Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently and safely.</li><li>Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and customer areas.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.</li><li>Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.</li><li>Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and customer service.</li><li>Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.</li><li>Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.</li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD200.000 - KD250.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Visa Type?</li><li>Current Salary?</li><li>Baladiya or Healthcard Validity?</li><li>What is your nationality?</li><li>Can you join immediately?</li></ul>
