 The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Beverage Preparation &amp; Service:

 Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences.

 <li>
 Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow proper techniques for grinding, brewing, steaming milk, and latte art.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customize drinks based on customer requests while ensuring consistency and quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggest and upsell additional menu items, such as pastries or food pairings.
 </li>

 2. Customer Service &amp; Experience:

 <li>
 Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with customers to recommend drinks based on their preferences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quick and efficient service, especially during peak hours.
 </li>

 3. Store Operations &amp; Cleanliness:

 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and service areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow health and safety regulations for food handling, sanitation, and beverage preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Restock supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other essentials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
 </li>

 4. Inventory &amp; Cash Handling:

 Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.
 </li>

 5. Teamwork &amp; Collaboration:

 Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow.

 Assist colleagues in preparing orders, cleaning, and restocking as needed.

 Qualifications &amp; Skills:

 Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in a coffee shop, caf&eacute;, or restaurant.

 Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and espresso-based drinks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent customer service and communication skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in beverage preparation.
