 The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $80,000. <div>The Waterford Care Center is seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Admissions Coordinator to join their team! The Human Resources Generalist acts as the sole resource for all Payroll submission and Human resources activities at the facility level. The primary purpose is to ensure current and applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as pertaining to employees in addition to recruitment and retention of staff. This role will also be handling some admission responsibilities 20-30% of the time.
Human Resources Generalist Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Responsible for ensuring a candidate&rsquo;s record is moved correctly through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including training hiring managers on the process.</li><li>
Ensuring fingerprinting process is started prior to new employees starting.</li><li>

Responsible for managing all swim lanes within the RESIDE software; including reviewing and editing of demographic and payer information to ensure the contract reflects accurate information.</li><li>
Work with residents or other responsible parties to complete resident agreements via RESIDE within 72 hours of admission.</li><li>

Qualifications
Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>
4+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a senior or lead-level capacity.</li><li>
Experience working in a large, complex, and decentralized organization preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian employment standards and HR practices.</li></ul>

Position Overview

Codal is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to lead our HR function and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team. This role will oversee all aspects of people operations across our global workforce, including recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The Head of HR will play a critical role in scaling our team worldwide, shaping the company culture, and ensuring Codal remains an exceptional place to work.

What you'll be doing

<li>Partner with the executive team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with Codal's business goals across multiple geographies.

</ul>What you'll need to be successful (Required Qualifications)

<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred, SHRM-SCP, GPHR).

<li>12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within a global technology or professional services environment.
</li>
<li>Proven experience partnering with and supporting HR counterparts in overseas offices.
</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and familiarity with international HR practices.
</li>
<li>Demonstrated success building scalable HR processes in a growing, multinational organization.
</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel internationally on occasion to support global offices.
</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
</li>
<li>Experience with Greenhouse, Lattice, and Bamboo is preferred.
