Job Title: HR Secretary Salary: 2,500.00 AED*Location: Al Ain Equestrian and Shooting Club &ndash; Al Ain Employment Type: Full-TimeAl Ain Equestrian, Shooting &amp; Golf Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Secretary to support the Human Resources Department in daily HR and administrative operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Process DAMAN medical insurance applications, additions, deletions, and annual renewals for employees.</li><li>Coordinate with insurance brokers for medical, workmen, and other insurance requirements.</li><li>Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.</li><li>Assist with payroll-related tasks, including leaves, encashments, overtime, and attendance records.</li><li>Maintain and monitor employee attendance, calendars, and HR schedules.</li><li>Prepare HR memos, circulars, and internal communications.</li><li>Assist in employee performance evaluation processes and coordinate with HODs and supervisors.</li><li>Support the PRO with vehicle registrations, restaurant licenses, and other government-related renewals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Preferrably with experience in handling medical insurance (DAMAN) is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Visa &amp; Medical Insurance</li><li>Workmen Insurance</li><li>Duty Meals (Lunch &amp; Dinner)</li><li>On-site Accommodation (basic furniture &amp; beddings provided)</li><li>Uniform Provided</li><li>Laundry for Uniforms</li></ul>Interested candidates may send their CV to: hr@aesgc.ae | hrrecruiter@aesgc.aeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: AED2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your earliest possible joining date?</li><li>Are you willing to attend an in-person interview in Al Ain?</li></ul>
