Assisting with onboarding activities such as preparing files, welcome kits, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience for new joiners.</p>

Coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting recruitment activities as needed.</p>
<p>
Working closely with Government Relations for visa, residency, medical, and renewal processes.</p>
<p>
Collecting, verifying, and updating monthly attendance, overtime, leave records, and <b>supporting payroll preparation (must have payroll experience).</b></p>
<p>
Assisting in organising HR engagement events, colleague recognition activities, and monthly town hall preparations.</p>
<p>
Handling employee queries professionally and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every colleague.</p>
<p>
Ensuring compliance with company policies, HR standards, and Kuwait Labour Law.</p><b>
What we need from you</b>
<p>
High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent; a diploma or degree in HR is preferred.</p>
<p>
Previous experience in Human Resources or administration, preferably in hospitality.</p>
<p><b>
Must have proven experience in payroll inputs (attendance, OT, monthly HR reports).</b></p>
<p>
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels.</p>
<p>
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</p>
<p>
Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy.</p>
<p>
Must speak fluent English; additional languages may be preferred.</p><b>
