The main duties include:<ul><li>
Organize, implement, direct and maintain the HSE program including safety policies, programs, practices, training, drug and alcohol programs, and all other components of a successful HSE Program for the entire group.</li><li>
Business partner with the Aegeus Group CEO, BU Presidents and Vice Presidents, Operational leaders and other staff to ensure an effective HSE Program for all Field and Office operations.</li><li>
Oversee, manage, and direct the HSE Department; this includes resource planning, measuring department effectiveness, setting department goals in line with and supporting Aegeus Group goals.</li><li>
Visit work sites and office locations to build a positive safety culture with our field employees and leaders.</li><li>
Be a hands-on leader by answering employees questions, correcting an issues immediately, and be a part of executing strategy.</li><li>
Articulate and live the Aegeus HSE culture by modelling the required behaviors and actions in the office and work sites and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviors which are inconsistent with Aegeus HSE and professional standards.</li><li>
Oversee and manage the internal and external HSE audit program. This includes shop, facility, and external job site audits; working with HSE personnel, Operational leaders, and other personnel to ensure HSE field audits are being done correctly and non-compliances are reported and corrected immediately.</li><li>
Oversee and manage the company&rsquo;s&rsquo; drug and alcohol programs, ensuring compliance with client and federal requirements.</li><li>
Develop, lead, and maintain the company&rsquo;s safety training program for all employees including annual refresher training, new hire training required by job functions, and safety certification requirements.</li><li>
Develop and maintain an understanding of Operations, Personnel, and Work Processes and customize the HSE function to support those needs by creating and maintaining Aegeus HSE policies, programs, and safety personnel to exceed the minimum performance standards.</li><li>
Support Operations deployment of the Aegeus HSE Management System across all Business Units, particularly HSE program implementation and compliance, to ensure safety is part of Aegeus&rsquo;s day-to-day operations at every worksite.</li><li>
Manage 3rd party client required portals such as ISNetworld and Veriforce for safety inputs, grade scores, and insurance updates.</li><li>
Lead the development, maintenance and communication of the HSE manual which provides policies, procedures and practices which addresses legislative requirements; seek consolidated feedback on improvement areas.</li><li>
Lead the collection of applicable safety statistics; analyze and interpret those safety statistics, identifying key trends and implementing corrective actions; present statistics, trends, and corrective actions to the senior leadership team and HSE Department monthly.</li></ul>

Education and Work Experience:
<ul><li>7+ years of related HSE experience.</li><li>

Maintains and applies knowledge of Company asset protection techniques. Supports Pharmacy Manager with diversion monitoring and reports any concerns that would compromise the security of the pharmacy to the Pharmacy Manager.</li><li>
Communicates prescription errors to the accountable pharmacist, and adheres to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the Continuous Quality Improvement Program.</li><li>
Ensures the accurate processing of insurance claims to resolve customer issues and prevent payment rejections. Follows-up with insurance companies as well as medical providers and conducts or participates in 3rd party audit.
</li><li>Assists and supports Store Manager and Pharmacy Manager in analyzing and seeking to improve pharmacy financials, operational quality and customer service.</li><li>
Manages Community Outreach Portal and coordinates and, at the direction of the Pharmacy Manager, assigns pharmacists to off-site immunization clinics and community events. Builds and sustains relationships with retail partnerships.</li></ul>
People &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>
Leads performance management of technicians including making decisions and recommendations regarding discipline and termination. Follows constructive discipline policy to discipline, suspend, terminate or effectively recommend the same. Uses constructive discipline policy to ensure pharmacy technicians are compliant with state and federal laws. Holds technician accountable for attendance and timeliness. Maintains and improves performance of pharmacy through team member engagement and action planning.</li><li>
Accountable for technician hiring, on-boarding, training, and scheduling. Monitors and holds pharmacy technicians accountable for timely training completion. Follows established policies and procedures set by the company for scheduling and training.</li><li>
Accountable for identifying gaps in pharmacy operations knowledge among team members and supporting those team members in their training, either through hands-on training or assignment of learning modules.</li><li>
Assists Pharmacy Manager in monitoring that all pharmacy and team member licensures, registrations and certifications are active and in good standing/ compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements. Leverages Walgreens resources such as Walgreens Online Verification System to assist in documenting licensure status.</li><li>
Ensures proper procedures are followed for selection, recruitment, record retention, and training as required by Company policy and local, state and federal laws.</li></ul>
Training &amp; Personal Development<ul><li>
Maintains PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.</li><li>
Maintains and enhances current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare.</li><li>
Obtains necessary certifications, education credits and training such as LTMP e-modules as required by the Company. Follows performance improvement plans offered by Pharmacy Manager.</li><li>

Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.</li><li>

The Site Manager is responsible for the overall clinical operations and management of a specified HCA Research Institute site and its affiliated physician groups. The Site Manager serves as a liaison with local investigators, hospital administration, and local research personnel.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Research Operations Management
<ul><li>Practices and adheres to the &ldquo;Code of Conduct&rdquo; philosophy and &ldquo;Mission and Value Statement&rdquo;
</li><li>Oversee and manage routine operational activities of HRI site research staff
</li><li>Liaise between site research personnel, industry sponsors, and HRI Division Director/leadership
</li><li>Collaborate closely with various site departments/teams, including finance, relevant hospital administrative representatives, and the local IRB, if applicable
</li><li>Review proposed budgets for adequate coverage and recommends changes to Supervisor
</li><li>Facilitate contracting with hospitals, provider groups, and/or vendors, as needed
</li><li>Engage with revenue integrity to assist with reconciling study payments at the site
</li><li>Actively engage in tracking of studies conducted at the site
</li><li>Oversee study progress at the site from initial submission of feasibility until study closeout
</li><li>Coordinate submission and approval for the Site&rsquo;s Facility Review Committee, if applicable
</li><li>Manage HRI site team responsible for coordinating multiple research studies across several therapeutic areas
</li></ul>Site development:
<ul><li>Work with site personnel, local investigators, and hospital administration to assess site feasibility and resourcing for existing and upcoming research protocols
</li><li>Assist in development and tracking of quarterly site goals
</li><li>Regularly meet with physicians and administrators to assess site performance and investigator satisfaction
</li><li>Provide a research update during Site Administrative meetings (Section meetings, Site Service Line meetings, etc.)
</li></ul>Reporting and Analysis:
<ul><li>Monitor patient enrollment at the site through weekly reports, and reports results to Supervisor
</li><li>Communicate site status and site development through a monthly activity report
</li><li>Facilitate continuing education and training to investigators and site research team members
</li><li>Evaluate operational metrics to continuously improve study quality and/or improve processes
</li><li>Complete performance evaluations for direct reports
</li></ul>Education/Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required; Master&rsquo;s Degree preferred
</li><li>5+ years of experience in healthcare, research, or other science related field
</li><li>Complete performance evaluations for direct reports
</li></ul>Licenses, Certifications, &amp; Training:
<ul><li>Research Certification (ACRP or CCRP) required
