 Description:
 
 The HRBP Associate will be responsible for delivering proactive and high-quality operational HR support to Jefferies India. The candidate will support the overall Jefferies India HR Business Partner team in providing a variety of HR services to the business. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor and will provide support to the business across the full range of HR disciplines such as recruitment including campus recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, regulatory reporting and audit requirements, employee relations, talent development and employee engagement.
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities:
 
 The HR Associate will report to the Jefferies India HR Business Partner. Responsibilities include the following:

 HR Analyst &ndash; Total Rewards
 
 is responsible for supporting core compensation programs and initiatives, including incentive plans, merit increases, salary audits, employee surveys, alumni support, DESPP, and recognition.  Alumni Mailbox Management:
 
 
 
 Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries, including login issues, password resets, pension questions, benefit continuation, and updates to personal information such as address, etc..
 
 
 
 
 
 Merit Administration:
 
 
 
 Administer regular and non-scheduled merit processes, including Annual, Merit cycle, Six-month increases, validate data, track employee eligibility, and coordinate with managers to implement timely compensation changes.

We are seeking a proven operations leader to establish and grow a team of support engineers who will cover critical 24x7 support and maintenance services. Starting with a small, highly capable team operating on an on-call roster, you will lay the foundations for the people, processes, and tooling that will evolve into a fully operational, round-the-clock support centre within 1&ndash;2 years.
