 The Role
 
 We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience across our operator app, branded booking sites, and the Carisma AI agents. You'll be a core member of a small, fast-moving product team, shaping how thousands of car rental operators run their businesses every day. This is a high-ownership role: you'll take problems from ambiguous idea to shipped product, balancing craft with speed.
 
 You'll work closely with our founders, engineers, and real operators &mdash; the people whose livelihoods depend on our product working well.
