<p>The Supply Chain &amp; Cost Control Officer is an internal control enforcement role responsible for actively enforcing the company&rsquo;s inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution controls across Central Kitchen, warehouses, and branches.</p><p>This is not an observation, support, or advisory role.</p><p>It exists to <b>police compliance</b>, detect control breaches, stop improper behavior, and ensure internal systems are followed exactly as designed.</p><p>The Officer acts as the <b>first line of enforcement</b> for inventory and cost control on the ground and plays a direct role in protecting food cost % and preventing leakage.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>

</b></h2><p>The role holder supports Service Operations by coordinating field support activities, maintaining operational records, preparing reports and dashboards, supporting process governance, and ensuring timely follow-up of operational activities. The role works closely with field teams, supervisors, customers, and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and service performance.

</b></h3><ul><li>Support field operations through coordination, follow-up, and process administration.
</li><li>Maintain operational trackers, records, and documentation.
</li><li>Prepare and distribute operational reports, KPI reports, dashboards, and management updates.
</li><li>Support customer communication requirements, appointments, and reporting activities.
</li><li>Monitor pending actions, operational KPIs, and business processes to support timely completion.
</li><li>Support timesheet validation, compliance monitoring, and reporting activities.
</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors, finance, sales, and field teams to support operational requirements.
</li><li>Maintain data accuracy and support system updates.
</li><li>Participate in process improvement, reporting enhancement, and automation initiatives.
</li><li>Support regional projects related to service operations, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement.

</b></h3><ul><li>Work with the reporting manager to establish and achieve performance objectives.

</b></h3><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Years of Experience
</b></h3><ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in operations support, service coordination, reporting, administration, or related functions.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills &amp; Experience
</b></h3><ul><li>Experience supporting service or field operations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience in reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard preparation, and process coordination.
</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is preferred.
</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Experience with operational systems, digital tools, and reporting platforms is an advantage.

</b></h3><ul><li>Fluent written and spoken English.
