About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Deskside Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to onsite personnel, customers, and service providers, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and hardware. Join our Team
We are looking for a Shift Electrical Technician to join our company&rsquo;s technical team, responsible for ensuring the continuity and efficiency of electrical systems, managing troubleshooting, and executing planned maintenance processes.
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE
Education: Graduate of Industrial Vocational High School or equivalent institutions, preferably from Electrical, or Electrical-Electronics departments.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.
Shift: Able to work in a 3-shift system without interruption.
Technical Knowledge:
<ul><li>General understanding of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems.
</li></ul><ul><li>Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of generators, main distribution panels (MDP), and various electrical equipment.
</li></ul>Preferred: Previous experience in the hospitality industry (not mandatory).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Perform the operation and periodic maintenance of all electrical systems within the company (lighting, power, panels, etc.).
</li><li>Respond promptly to electrical failures, identify root causes, and develop permanent solutions.
</li><li>Conduct Planned Maintenance (PM) activities according to the defined schedule and prepare detailed reports.
</li><li>Carry out regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of generators, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, and electrical panels.
</li><li>Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and procedures.
</li><li>Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the technical team and other departments.
</li><li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance/repair activities to ensure system reliability.
</li></ul>REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

</li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
