Context:

We are seeking a seasoned Resident Engineer Trackwork to lead onsite delivery for the Civil/Tracks package within a railway project. Operating under a PMC scope and embedded alongside the client and contractors, you will oversee construction quality, safety, progress, interfaces, and compliance with contract and regulatory requirements.
Missions/Main Duties:
