 What You'll Achieve:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Cost Management and Monitoring

 Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking costs to ensure alignment with financial targets

 Support the monitoring of project expenditures to maintain cost efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Help in preparing regular cost reports for internal stakeholders
 </li>

 Project Coordination and Financial Analysis

 Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors to collect accurate cost data
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in analyzing cost variations and identifying potential deviations
 </li>

 Support financial forecasting activities under the guidance of senior team members
 </li>

 Risk Awareness and Cost Control

 Identify potential cost risks and escalate them to senior engineers
 </li>

 Assist in implementing cost control measures to support project profitability
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with ACC&rsquo;s financial policies and procedures
 </li>

 Stakeholder Communication and Documentation

 Maintain accurate cost control records and documentation
 </li>

 Support communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on cost-related matters

 Ensure all documentation is properly maintained in line with ACC standards
 </li>

 What You&rsquo;ll Bring to ACC:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
 </li>
 <li>
 0&ndash;2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of cost control, budgeting, and construction processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of cost control tools is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
 </li>
