Job Description 
<ul><li>
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various kitchen and laundry equipment, including ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and steamers.</li><li>
Conduct regular inspections and diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, and automated kitchen and laundry equipment.</li><li>
Replace or repair faulty parts, such as motors, heating elements, bearings, and belts.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and service reports.</li><li>
Ensure all kitchen and laundry equipment operates efficiently and safely, in compliance with company and local safety regulations.</li><li>
Implement proactive maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and minimize operational disruptions.</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and procurement of spare parts.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with kitchen and housekeeping teams to schedule maintenance and repairs with minimal impact on operations.</li><li>

Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.</li><li>
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance within the hospitality industry.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment brands (e.g., Rational, Electrolux, Hobart).</li><li>
Solid understanding of electrical wiring and HVAC systems related to kitchen and laundry operations.</li><li>
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hotel engineering maintenance.</li><li>
Proven track record in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.</li><li>
